I need your help with a MOSS question... Customer wants to use
Sharepoint calendars for each of 5-7 PM offices and then use
CorasWorks to roll up to a master calendar. They do that currently
with SPS.

I want to use SharePoint because we can "roll up" into a single
calendar and see which are empty. I want to "open" the scheduling to
all, but "control" notification/approval by the owning Project
Manager. I also want the owning Project Manager to be able to "boot"
the "visitor" given sufficent time, and to send a notification.

Can this be achieved "out of the box"...

Best to ask in a SharePoint group. This one is for Outlook programming
issues.
